My name is Bas van Haaren and since 2010 I have been working in the Gelato business. Today, I am one of the official teachers of the Carpigiani Gelato University. Both at the headquarters in Bologna, Italy. As well as in the Benelux department. And I collaborate as deputy manager with 'Gelato Factory'. An artisan Gelateria in the heart of Antwerp, Belgium.
